Fashion Designer Dominique Bones-Lark stops by #ConversationsLIVE

Fashion Designer Dominique Bones-Lark recently came to the attention of Conversations' Cyrus Webb on Instagram. His clothing line Ikaika by Dominique Bones-Lark is definitely getting attention, and Webb talked with the designer on #CoversationsLIVE the radio show about the journey from having an idea and seeing it all come to life.

"I've been blessed," Dominique told Webb during the interview. "I'm not where I want to be, but I'm happy at what I've achieved and accomplished."

Raised by his mother, Dominique says she sacrificed so much for him but also instilled the belief that he could accomplish anything. Since the age of 7 he has had it in his mind that he wanted to be a designer, and that support from his family has helped to encourage him over the years.

The clothing line Ikaika by Dominique Bones-Lark is intended for the strong woman or man who the designer hopes will be empowered to tackle their day with confidence.
