Grammy nominated artist, New York Times Best Selling Author and Entrepreneur, Jay “Jeezy” Jenkins, made history Saturday,November 1, 2025, receiving an official GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for the largest orchestra for a hip-hop music concert. The record-setting performance featured 101 orchestra members and took place during Jeezy’s Las Vegas residency, TM:101 Live, at PH Live at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

The milestone moment unfolded during the second show of the residency, TM:101 Live, themed Masquerade. Official GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ adjudicator Andy Glass flew in to personally present the achievement to Mr. Jenkins on stage with an official certificate.

After a short tease by DJ Drama and Adam Blackstone, the announcement brought the crowd to its feet as the venue erupted. Jeezy was nearly speechless as he accepted the honor, saluting hip-hop, orchestral music, his fans and the city of Las Vegas.

“This isn’t just a win for me—it’s a moment for the culture, for music, and for Vegas,” said Jeezy. “Thank you to every musician, every fan, and everyone who believed we could take this all the way. A winner is a dreamer who never gave up!”

The Color of Noize Orchestra, assembled for this groundbreaking production, delivered original arrangements composed by Derrick Hodge and musically directed by Adam Blackstone. The achievement marks the largest orchestra for a hip-hop music concert in the US! This performance also marked the largest orchestra to ever perform on a Las Vegas stage for any genre.

Jeezy extended gratitude to the full creative and performance team: “Thank you to all 101 orchestra members, composer Derrick Hodge, musical director Adam Blackstone, DJ Drama, DJ Ace—and most importantly, the fans.”
