"It's been a whirlwind year," Brooks told #ConversationsLIVE host Cyrus Webb during a recent interview, "but it's been an awesome year." Talking about being able to do what he loves musically as well as on screen he says "We've expanded a lot this year. I'm always excited to share everything with the people...That's what I do it for: the love of the art. That's the fun of the journey."
When asked how he is able to manage the two careers Brooks says "It is kind of a balance. Everything in life is a balance." Comparing it to athletes who play different sports, he says he goes through "different seasons", and he tries to let it unfold naturally. "Everything comes out better when you are in that mode and in that zone. "
